The staff, Quality Inn Union City, GA were warm and efficient. Jennifer and April made us feel welcome. The room was clean and everything worked. The cost of the room and leaving our car was less than the cost of the International lot. It was more than a bargain, it was a pleasure.

Hotel was great on check in but they did not have a shuttle scheduled to pick us up at the airport. We had given them all our information. We had to wait 55 minutes. I may use the service again but not with that hotel.

Great staff, great room, great pool--but, three cars broken into and windows smashed in parking lot. A guest said it happened two days earlier also so we had to leave and park our car elsewhere.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Several people missed the early shuttle. The staff was so accommodating and immediately got another shuttle available and tried to contact and remind all guests who had missed their shuttle that another one was immediately available. The people who missed the shuttle had missed it due to just being late and no fault of the hotel but the hotel handled it so well. I was scheduled for a later shuttle and witnessed all of this while eating breakfast. My return flight was late and I could not contact the hotel to alert them of this, but I had a message that they had been there at my scheduled time of arrival. When I did land I immediately contacted them and they were so prompt to return to the airport when I finally arrived. I would definitely use this service again and this hotel.
