Unclean. Poorly maintained. Pool closed. Rude staff. Shuttle to airport refused to take us to the International terminal AND had a really bad attitude about it. Did not come to airport to pick us up. We had to take taxi from Airport back to motel at our additional expense. One of the worst experiences we have ever had. Would NEVER stay there again or recommend it to anyone we know.

Absolutely the worst place I have ever stepped foot in. As soon as I walked in I walked out! The room was nasty, bugs crawling all around the air unit, the floors in the bathroom had. It been cleaned. Absolutely disgusting.

Our flight to Atlanta was delayed in Newark 9 times during which my niece tried to call the hotel to notify them. We had no idea the name had been changed from Baymont to Knights Inn, but she finally was able to tell them of our delay. Since we arrived in Atlanta at 2:50 a.m there was no shuttle service available which is understandable. We told them at 3:30 that we would not be using the room but would drive straight home. At that point we had been up 27 hours and just wanted to go home. When I checked my credit card statement, I found that we were charged an extra $103.36 which astonished me. If that is a cancellation fee I am astounded. I would think that some compassion and a little common sense would tell them they were not going to rent the room to someone else at 3:30 a.m. We notified the hotel of our delay and it was out of our control. I am extremely disappointed with the hotel and its service but not with ParkSleepFly. Believe me, we would have been happy to have slept there under normal circumstances. I would suggest you have nothing to do with Knights Inn in the future. Thank you.

The parking lot did not have much lighting and there were men all over the parking lot throwing gang symbols. I turned in my key and found somewhere else to stay. I never even went to my room because I was too scared to even get my child out of the car. And they still charged me full price!
